AMENDMENTS TO THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY ACT

The Ontario government has announced significant changes to its Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), with the recent filing of O. Reg. 190/24. These changes to O. Reg. 213/91 will take effect on January 1st, 2025.
