Crosslinx v. Ontario Infrastructure: Schedule Relief due to the COVID‐ 19 Pandemic

A recent Ontario Superior Court of Justice's decision in Crosslinx v. Ontario Infrastructure, 2021 ONSC 3567, finds the private sector partners of the Eglington Crosstown LRT are entitled to forward a relief claim under the Emergency provisions in the Agreement, due to the impact of the COVID‐19 pandemic on the Project's construction schedule.
