As of April 1, 2015, Infrastructure Ontario (IO) implemented a new requirement for companies to be COR certified when engaging on traditionally delivered IO construction projects over a cost threshold of $10 million.
This new policy applies to all preferred proponents winning projects over $10 million. It will require companies to register, if not already registered, for COR within 30-days of being names the Preferred Proponent in order to continue their work on the awarded project.
