Timeline of Implementation for O.Reg 406/19 – Onsite Excess Soil Management Regulation

Ontario’s Excess Soil Management Regulation passed in December 2019 with a three phased implementation plan, which has been modified a number of times. Included is a brief overview of the different stages of implementation.
