WSIB Proposal to Make Chronic Mental Stress a Compensable Benefit

The WSIB has published a new policy proposal detailing how it will make chronic mental stress in the workplace a compensable benefit. The initial proposal had serious flaws which OSWCA, through its participation on the Construction Employers Coalition, has provided a response and set of recommendations for reform to the WSIB.
